S H I P P I N G

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping! All other orders will ship for a flat rate of $6.00 through USPS or UPS.

Shoes and luggage have additional costs to ship and do not qualify for free shipping.

Large or overweight items such as toys may have additional costs.

Items that are in stock are processed 24-72 hours after checkout and are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00am CST and Saturday will ship the following Monday.

We have two locations that orders fulfill from which may require extra time for our team to transfer the items so we can ship your purchases in one package! 

Please allow 3-4 days for standard delivery but may be longer. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

P R E O R D E R S

Pre-Orders are final sale and can only be exchanged for a different size if available. 

Orders containing Pre-Order items ship COMPLETE. If you purchase non pre-order items and need them sooner please place two separate orders. 

L O C A L  P I C K U P

Free local pickup is available Monday- Saturday during business hours and can be selected at checkout. 
If pick up is not an option given to you at checkout it’s because items are in both locations. Please use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and leave in the notes which location you’d like to pick up from to save on shipping charges! Once your items are there we will text or call you.

E X C H A N G E S  /  R E T U R N S

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise. Returns accepted within 10 days after delivery will be refunded in the original form of payment.

*Customer is responsible for any return shipping cost.*

After 10 days of delivery, items are eligible for return for a store credit.

Sale items and personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Should you need a different size, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise within 10 days of delivery. Tags must be attached. Customer is responsible for any exchange shipping costs.
