As we prepare for our storefront closure, all purchases moving forward will be final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on purchases made within 14 days of November 4, 2026, in accordance with our posted return policy.

Gift Cards & Store Credit 

All existing gift cards and store credits can be used in-store while our storefront remains open and will continue to be accepted online toward personalization services and custom keepsakes.
