2. Please input exactly how you'd like your child's name or initials shown including their full name. For example. Georgia Grace Floyd would be sent as GFG, if you'd like the traditional last name in the middle. 

3. Please let us know which item you'd like monogrammed in your cart, desired placement and any special instructions.
